Following our research on the qualities that the volcanic stone has, we created this griddle to be a great utensil in the kitchen area. Its uses may vary as there are many great ways to take advantage of this product. From sealing cuts or fish to maintaining your food warm or just to present in an elegant way some cold cuts and cheeses.
The stone griddle can be exposed to high temperatures up to 1200º C (2192º F) so it can be put directly inside the oven or the grill. (Do NOT put the wooden base inside the oven or grill)
